Ruby Alpine Clematis is a early bloomer, blooming on old wood. Its delicate bell shaped flowers are purple pink appearing in April and May and followed by attractive seedheads. This fast growing vine can be used as a climber on walls, trellisses and trees, or as a groundcover. Can be grown in the shade as well as sun.
