Glohaven Peach - Prunus persica 'Glohaven'

Large round reddish fruit with firm yellow juicy flesh. Good for eating fresh or canning. Freestone variety ripens in early September. Showy pink flowers in early spring. Self pollinating. Glossy green foliage. Part of the Haven series introduced by Michigan State University.

Prefers well drained soils. Water regularly as needed. Feed in spring with an all purpose fertilizer prior to new spring growth. Prune when young to create an open branching structure that allows for even light distribution and more consistent ripening of fruit.
