Very large dark red nearly black firm juicy sweet fruit. Great fresh or in jellies. One of the leading commercial varieties of all time. Requires pollination from another cherry. Fragrant white blossoms in early spring. Ripens in early to mid-July.

Water regularly as needed. Feed in spring with an all purpose fertilizer prior to new spring growth. Prune when young to create an open branching structure that allows for even light distribution and more consistent ripening of fruit. Prune broken or damaged limbs.
