To continue our commitment to production of the highest quality plant products, we are currently recruiting for a Greenhouse Manager.
Your role will be to ensure that the nursery’s perennial and propagation department meets or exceeds established quality standards and production schedules. Your strong organizational skills will be challenged by a workload which includes staff and production scheduling, quality control, order assembly and working efficiently with various nursery departments.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years post-secondary education in horticulture (or equivalent) and an extensive knowledge of horticulture. Supervisory skills with an ability to organize and motivate employees is also a necessary asset and requirement.
